Aamir Sethi (Rubal) is a shareholder and the Head of Technology, Digital and Concierge at Ray White Austar Realty. With more than a decade in the Ray White network, he combines a deep understanding of real estate operations with a forward-thinking approach to technology, service and growth.

Having built his career from the ground up through a range of support, marketing, operational and leadership roles, Aamir understands what agents need to perform at their best. His focus is on creating practical systems that simplify the day-to-day, strengthen consistency and give the team more time to focus on clients, relationships and results.

Aamir (Rubal) has been instrumental in the development of Austar HQ, the company’s internal digital hub that connects key operational, marketing and agent-support processes in one place. He has also worked alongside Ray White New Zealand on a number of technology, automation, data and AI pilot projects, helping translate emerging tools into useful, real-world outcomes for the business.
