Cynthia Sherwood

Passionate about people, property, and Best Practice, Cynthia has been involved in NZ Real Estate at all levels - locally and nationally, since starting in the area as a salesperson in 2002.

Excited to be back doing what she enjoys most - helping people achieve their property goals – she has always believed that the West is the Best place to live and work.

Being a long term local, she believes that the western suburbs all have characteristics that make them special. With the range of natural features, amenities, types of homes, and price points, there’s always something unique about every home, as well as every seller and buyer.

Cynthia says, "Helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be, and at whatever level- has always been the most rewarding part of business, for me. Delivering the best results I can is a matter of pride.

Rapport-building, through communication and earning trust, enables me to successfully guide and advise people. This has always been based on integrity, and belief in the advice given. 
I'm adaptable and empathetic in dealing with clients, customers, and colleagues, and believe in the strength of team play – while taking personal responsibility to succeed.
