Gaston assists the ProAgent Team with training and mentoring. He started in 2010 from square one but with fierce work and determination he achieved outstanding results. He brings to the team 12 years of experience in sales and good understanding of systems, processes and team work. The ProAgent Team make use of his coaching assistance to reinforce efficient methodologies and sales behaviours.
