202 Henderson Valley Road Henderson, Waitakere City

30 years of memories raising their family in this warm, comfortable home, where the owners will miss sitting out in the sun on the front deck enjoying the views of the Waitakere's and the semi rural environment, listening to native bird song in the morning. There is so much space here for a family to spread out and live in harmony, with a self contained area downstair/4th bedroom ideal for teenagers to have their own space. The indoor outdoor flow to covered decks and a large secure rear yard offers great space to entertain a large number of friends and family in privacy. The southbound owners are keen and willing to meet the market so arrange your inspection today.
