103 Lynwood Road New Lynn, Waitakere City

Developers, Finish Me Off Please!

6 Two-storey freestanding dwellings await this magnificent piece of land in a much sought-after City-fringe area of New Lynn.

It's a huge piece of land with a difference, as the vendor has carefully planned and worked hard to successfully obtain a Resource Consent for 6 freestanding houses. You can brainstorm with your team to explore the potential to build more. (Subject to Council Approval)

Our vendor's circumstances have changed and is very motivated to sell so take advantage of this rare opportunity and give me a call now!!!
